History :
Mungiabri H.S School was established in 1979 and managed by the Department of Education, Govt of Tripura. The school is co-educational school. It was a primary school from the beginning itself, and then in 1983 upgraded to Sr. Basic. It was upgraded to secondary school in 1986 and upgraded to Higher Secondary in 2010. The school situated at Ramkrishnapur ADC Village under Mungiakami R.D Block, sub division Teliamura, Dist. Khowai Tripura, Pin 799205. The school is located about 75KM from capital city Agartala and totally tribal inhabited areas. The school runs in two shifts, Morning shift Class I to V and Noon shift Class VI to XII. The school has a playground. Our School is situated in the largest Hill of Tripura at Atharamura, 37 Mile, Mungiakami, Khowai, Tripura under Mungiakami Block. This area’s maximum people are under below poverty line. But the poverty of those people could not keep them away from studies. Children are now trying their best to develop their social and economic status.
